The Richland County Neighborhood Council (RCNC) is a non-partisan body which offers membership to all neighborhoods in the County for the purpose of educating residents, exchanging information, neighborhoods assisting one another, and actively advising local officials on issues affecting our communities.

 

We meet each month on the 4th Thursday at the Richland County Administration Building located at 2020 Hampton St. Our meetings begin at 6:00 PM and generally follow a NIP SPEED Training session. 

 

We are an all inclusive organization that holds open meetings, trainings and events whether you are a member or not.

March 2024 Meeting Highlights

"Knowledge is Power"

Join us on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 11 AM - 3 PM for the RCNC Annual Retreat. We have some amazing speakers and trainings lined up and of course lunch in included, at no cost! 

Our 2024 Retreat will be held at the Pine Grove Community Center located at 937 Piney Woods Road, Columbia SC 29210.
